Accountability is the key to success in the program! Committing to a set schedule is imperative and due to limited space for in person participation, pre-booking upon registration is necessary. All on-line coaching will be held on ZOOM.

Option #1: On-line- Participate in the program on-line.
Option #2: In-person/Hybrid- Participate 1 day/week in person and the remaining days on-line.

NUTRITION MONDAY’S
COACHING EVERY MONDAY 7-8 pm *Mandatory to start the week off right
Weekly nutrition lifestyle coaching is a very important component to the program.
Each week we will discuss a replacement in your diet (this is not a diet but instead how to work with your diet and make adjustments for a healthy lifestyle).
The Answer workbook will allow you to take the information with you and the lecture will guide you through these 6 weekly changes.
Week 1-May 1- Smoothie Cleanse Reset-We begin with an easy to follow 7 Day Smoothie Cleanse which includes Recipes and Shopping Lists for success and to begin releasing inflammation, pain, and toxins from the body. This is not a detox program, you will have 2 Smoothies, snacks and a meal each day.
Week 2-May 8- Principles of the Program & Replace the Grains
Week 3-May 15- Steps to Success, Replace the Sugar & Increase the Protein
Week 4-May 22- HOLIDAY MONDAY- No LIVE on-line Meeting on ZOOM. Instead there will be a Recorded Lecture available on the Thursday before the long weekend to support New Habits & the Energy Cleanse
Week 5-May 29- Creating a Support Network & Portion Control
Week 6– June 5 -Triggers & Stress, Celebrate “Body Types” & Adrenal Fatigue
FITNESS TUES & THURS
30 MIN WORKOUTS TUES & THURS 6:30 am
The 30 minute “live” workouts on ZOOM have been created for anyone. Each workout incorporates body weight movements for strength and endurance. Tools are optional, however Dumb bells (5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 lbs would be a great addition) are highly recommended. By increasing muscle, it will assist with quicker results as muscle burns fat and also provides increased energy for everyday activity. You will feel great at the end of each training session!
REST WEDNESDAY’S
A healthy lifestyle is all about balance. Take this day for a day of rest and perhaps go for a walk outdoors. Pick up some fresh fruits and veggies for the week. Read a book you enjoy. Take a hot bath. Treat yourself to a day of reflection and rejoice on this mid-week hump day with some self-love, you deserve it!
STRETCH FRIDAY’S
RELEASE & MEDITATE
Each Friday morning at 6:30 am for 30 minutes there will be a Stretch & Release class to reset our bodies, allow for rest and repair of the cells and organs and simply finish off the week with a guided meditation. This is a wonderful way to go into the weekend and is highly recommended for continued success in the program.
STEP #3 REGISTER If this looks like the program for you, please Register and Pay on-line and then email your preference for the format that works best for you. Let us know if you will participate on-line or hybrid. If you choose hybrid, let us know the specific day and time you would like to commit to for in-person attendance. We will try to accommodate everyone’s preferences and will confirm your approved format of choice as soon as possible. We can’t wait to take this incredible journey with you!
