Kendra Watson

I began my yoga journey 8.5 years ago when I started my apprenticeship to become a carrier. Not realizing precisely how physically demanding the job would be, yoga became the counter balance to the physicality of the job. I fell in love immediately, and never looked back! I started my yoga teacher training a year ago and been teaching several times a week ever since. I love the balance and movement that a vinyasa practice brings and know exactly what yoga did not only for my body, but my mind as well. I am really looking forward to offering my classes to the Parlour Project Community, and hope that my yoga classes can bring people as much joy as it has brought me.
